2. Shortly after your order is received, you’ll get an email from us (from support@binkybuddy.shop) with a short questionnaire:

   • Your chosen gemstone tone (e.g., jade green, rose quartz pink, moonstone white, etc.).

   • Your personalization details (name / initials / symbol/character) exactly as you’d like them to appear.
     

   • Any special requests, preferences or design notes you’d like considered.
     

3. After we begin crafting, you’ll receive updates: estimated completion date, shipping details, etc. Please allow 7-10 business days for completion. 

4. Important: Be sure your email inbox is able to receive messages from our domain (add support@binkybuddy.shop to your safe sender list) so you don't miss our messages. 

5. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours of your order, please reach out to us at support@binkybuddy.shop (check your spam/junk folder).
